Three young entrepreneurs in Ujjain were running ride bookings, hotel stays, and local logistics as three disconnected operations. Customers had to juggle different contacts for each service, which meant delays, confusion, and business slipping away to whoever answered first.
Solution
We built one platform that brings rides, hotel bookings, and logistics together with separate, purpose-built dashboards for customers, drivers, and hotel partners — so every side of the business can move fast without stepping on each other.

Challenge
Building one system that could serve three very different user types — riders, drivers, and hotel managers — without making any of them feel like an afterthought.
Research
We mapped out each founder's existing manual process (how a ride actually got booked today, how a hotel room got confirmed) before designing a single flow that replaced all three.
Design
A practical, no-nonsense interface built for speed on a moving vehicle or a busy front desk — big touch targets, minimal steps, clear status at every stage.
Development
Role-based dashboards built on Next.js and MongoDB, with Razorpay handling payments so money never has to change hands in person.
Outcome
Three separate side-hustles are now one real platform — and the founders can finally see their whole business in one place.
